Criticollab is a team of non-profit professionals ready to walk alongside you.
With up to 30 years of experience in the sector, we know that managing an NGO or a Third Sector entity is deeply rewarding but highly complex. Between bureaucracy, tight deadlines, and constant fundraising, there is rarely enough time to focus on what matters most: generating impact.
We translate your vision into strategic, operational actions. We help you measure efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring you communicate your achievements to donors and stakeholders with absolute transparency and accountability.
We design tailored pathways by actively involving your entire community—volunteers, beneficiaries, donors, and partners. We never work alone, locked away in an office.
Analysing Feasibility
First, we analyse your idea to ensure it is sustainable, replicable, and aligned with available funding, leaving no room for leaps into the unknown. We prioritize your organization's goals, team skills, and overall objectives. This allows us to find the ideal call for proposals—from European grants to local opportunities—without wasting time or resources. If a call isn't the right fit, we simply won't suggest it.
Designing Impactful Projects
We help you get your international cooperation, education, and social inclusion programs off the ground. We don't just fill out application forms; we shape your ideas together, creating a robust action plan that stands up to evaluation. This means setting realistic timelines, clear budgets, and precise roles. We oversee the writing process from start to finish, ensuring the proposal meets the funder's requirements perfectly while clearly highlighting your potential impact.
Monitoring, Evaluating, and Assessing Impact
Understanding the impact of your actions is essential for growth, whether you are a public institution or a non-profit organization. We help you measure it by combining solid data with qualitative storytelling. We design every research project from the ground up, listening closely to your community and beneficiaries. By implementing innovative evaluation methods worldwide, we empower organizations and institutions to make increasingly effective choices.
Building Capacity and Training
Criticollab doesn't replace your team; we walk alongside you to build lasting skills that stay within your organization long after our work is done. That is why training is core to our approach. Whenever valuable, we design hands-on, participatory workshops tailored to your specific needs—covering the project lifecycle, social reporting, facilitation techniques, and more.
